1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Capazity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in an unauthorized manner.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the app may require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the respective store according to their terms and policies.

Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The app and its content, features, branding, and design are owned by Strength Results Sweden AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

If you submit or upload content through the app — including messages, images, stickers, reactions, comments, and any other material you post in chats or share with other users — you are solely responsible for that content and must have the rights necessary to share it.

Prohibited content

You agree not to post, send, or share content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users
• Contains hate speech, slurs, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Depicts or promotes sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate for a general fitness audience
• Promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior
• Infringes intellectual property rights you do not own
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to phish or scam other users
• Contains malware, viruses, or links intended to compromise other users
• Violates any applicable law

Reporting and blocking

Every chat message and user profile has a Report option, available both inline in the chat interface and via the Privacy & Safety section in Account settings. Reporting a user automatically blocks them on your account so they can no longer contact you. You can also block users directly without filing a report.

Moderation and response time

We review every report submitted through the app. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours of receipt. When a report is upheld, we may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate the responsible account, with or without notice. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when content threatens safety or violates applicable law.

We reserve the right — but have no obligation — to monitor, screen, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion to enforce these Terms and protect our users and the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the app, users, or business operations.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strength Results Sweden AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
