Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the Capazity app and go to Account → Danger Zone → Delete account. After two confirmations, your profile, programs, sessions, personal records, friendships, blocks, reports and feedback are permanently removed from our live database. If you can't access the app, email info@capazity.ai from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
What's kept: AWS RDS automated backups, used for disaster recovery, retain your data for 7 days before it ages out, after which it is gone there too. Subscription and payment records are handled by Apple or Google on their own servers — see their respective privacy policies for those retention periods. We may retain minimal records (such as a transaction ID) where required by tax or anti-fraud law, for the period the law requires.
Note: an active subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Play Store settings if you no longer want to be billed.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the link in the email you receive. Still stuck? Email info@capazity.ai.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the store you purchased from.
iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Android: open the Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
How do I download a copy of my data?
Open the Capazity app and go to Account → Privacy & Safety → Export my data. You'll get a JSON file with your profile, programs, workout logs (all sets and sessions), friendships and more — ready to save or share. If you can't access the app, email info@capazity.ai and we'll send it over within 30 days.

The fastest way is in the app: go to Account → Feedback and send us a note. It comes through with your account attached so we can follow up.
